PARTEC is one of the Asia Pacific region's leading plastics training, education and technology diffusion facilities.

Plastics industry training offered by PARTEC is ideal for trade apprentices, existing tradespeople and businesses in the mining, advanced manufacturing, tooling, energy, water, aviation, transport, marine, fibre composites and construction industries, polymer processing, related toolmaking and tooling design.

As an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO), PARTEC can issue qualifications which are recognised in every Australian State and Territory, and is Queensland's only RTO for the toolmaking, composites and plastic industries. In addition, it has an exclusive contract with the Queensland Government to provide subsidised training for existing workers. This is offered as full certificates or short and specific courses.

The training, education, and consulting capability of PARTEC comes from fully appointed, up-to-date training facilities and equipment, making it a Centre of Excellence since 1992.
